Booking Rules
🚫 No 18th or 21st birthday parties
🕚 All events must end by 11:00pm — this is a strict noise curfew
🧹 The hall must be left clean and tidy — a cleaning fee may apply if not
🍺 Alcohol is permitted but must be managed responsibly
🎵 Music must be kept to a reasonable level at all times
🚗 Parking is available on site — please do not park on the road
💨 Smoking is not permitted inside the building or near entrances
🐕 No animals permitted inside the hall
How Booking Works

Use the availability calendar to see which dates and slots are already taken.
Submit a request
Fill in the booking form with your details, preferred date, and what you need the hall for.
Await confirmation
We'll review your request and get back to you by email — usually within 48 hours.
Confirmed
Once approved you'll receive a confirmation email. Your booking is then secured.
